4.1 Exchange Policy: We do not accept returns or cancellations. However, we offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value.

4.2 Exchange Conditions: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

4.3 Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact us at violafashion888@gmail.com . Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement item. Once approved, send the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4.4 Inspection: Upon receiving your item for exchange, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange conditions. If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.
